Yes. We're fully mobile and bring our equipment to homes, apartments, workplaces, and other suitable locations across the Virginia Peninsula.
We service Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and many surrounding areas. If you're nearby and not sure, just ask, we likely cover you.
Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle before we arrive. If possible, parking in a shaded area helps improve working conditions and results, especially during hot weather.
We request access to a water source when one is available. If water access isn't an option, just let us know ahead of time and we'll make sure our onboard water tank is filled before your appointment.
No. As long as we have access to the vehicle and approval to perform the work, you don't need to stay throughout the appointment.
Timing varies with vehicle size and condition, but on average:
- Exterior Details, 1 to 2 hours
- Interior Details, 2 to 4 hours
- Full Details, 4 to 6 hours
Our Pristine Full Detail combines everything from our Interior Detail and Exterior Detail packages into one complete service, inside and out.
We can address many stains, odors, pet hair, and contamination as part of a standard detail. Heavier staining, excessive pet hair, mold, mildew, or severe odor removal may require additional services and custom pricing.
Yes. We offer multiple ceramic coating options depending on the level of protection and longevity you're looking for.
All standard details include a 2–4 month ceramic sealant. We also offer longer-lasting upgrades:
- 1 Year Ceramic Coating
- 3–5 Year Ceramic Coating
- 8 Year Ceramic Coating
Yes. We offer both one-step and two-step paint correction to improve gloss and remove paint defects.
Many light scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and paint defects can be significantly improved or fully removed. Deep scratches that have gone through the clear coat may not be fully removable.

We keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out if conditions require rescheduling. Your appointment will be moved to the next best available time.
