We come to the water
Slips, lifts, trailers, marinas, and driveways across the Virginia Peninsula and Hampton Roads. We bring our own water and power — all we need is access to your vessel.
Insured & marine-safe
Fully insured technicians using marine-safe products that won't harm gel coat, vinyl, canvas, or the waterway your boat lives on.
One standard, every vessel
The same obsessive standard we hold on every car, motorcycle, and RV — from a 16 ft jon boat to a 40 ft cruiser.
How a boat detail goes, bow to stern.
Every package follows the same disciplined sequence. Restoration and ceramic packages add machine polishing stages; full details add the complete interior reset.
1. Walkthrough & hull inspection
We meet you at the slip, lift, or trailer, measure the vessel, and assess the gel coat's condition. Your exact per-foot price is confirmed before any work begins — no surprises at the dock.
2. Wash & decontamination
Full hand wash from rub rail to waterline: salt removal, scum-line and waterline stain treatment, deck and non-skid scrubbing, and brightwork cleaned of spotting and film.
3. Correction & polishing
On restoration and ceramic packages we machine-compound and polish the gel coat in stages, cutting through chalk and haze to bring back the deep color and gloss underneath.
4. Protection
Every boat leaves protected. Wash and full-detail packages get a marine-grade ceramic sealant; our top package gets a professional marine ceramic coating for long-term UV, salt, and water resistance.
5. Interior reset
On Full Pristine Details we steam-clean vinyl and upholstery, detail compartments and hatches, neutralize odors, and apply UV protectant so surfaces stay supple instead of cracking in the sun.
6. Final walkaround
Before we pack up, we walk the vessel with you bow to stern and leave you with simple care tips to keep it sharp between visits.
What your boat will look and feel like.
- A hull back to its true color, with gloss and depth instead of chalk and haze.
- A clean, bright waterline — scum line and salt staining gone.
- Deck and non-skid that look fresh without becoming slippery.
- Rails, cleats and metal brightwork polished to a shine.
- On full details, an interior that's steam-cleaned, odor-free and UV-protected.
- Water that beads and sheets off protected surfaces, so the rinse after a day out takes minutes instead of an afternoon.
Common boat questions.
Boat details are booked through our contact page or by phone at (757) 206-2818, since per-foot pricing is confirmed against your vessel first. Tell us the length, make, condition, and where it sits, and we'll lock in a number and a date.
We bring everything to your slip, lift, trailer or storage spot across the Virginia Peninsula and surrounding marinas. We just need access to your vessel. See all areas we cover.
Boat detailing is sized to the vessel. Per-foot pricing keeps it fair, since a 22 ft center console doesn't cost the same as a 38 ft cruiser. Final price depends on length, condition, and location.
Yes. Pristine details cars, boats and motorcycles. Use the quote calculator and pick your vehicle type to see options and pricing.
Depending on length and condition, a Full Pristine Detail can run anywhere from half a day to a couple of days. We'll give you a clear time window when you book.
Most owners in salt or brackish water do a full detail at the start of the season, then basic washes every 4 to 6 weeks while the boat is in use. Salt and UV never take a day off — regular rinses and sealant top-ups are what keep gel coat from oxidizing in the first place.
